Secure Destruction
Secure Destruction and Confidential Product Disposal
Simply Waste Consultants provides secure, fully auditable destruction services for brand owners, manufacturers, and distributors across England, Scotland, and Wales. When branded, recalled, or confidential products must be destroyed beyond recovery, we deliver compliant disposal with complete chain of custody and certified evidence of destruction.
Secure Destruction Waste Streams We Handle
Product destruction often involves hazardous and brand-sensitive materials requiring controlled handling. Our service covers:
Recalled and withdrawn products
Off-specification and counterfeit goods
Branded cosmetics and personal care products
Aerosols and pressurised containers
Expired branded chemicals and formulations
Confidential samples and prototypes
Contaminated or unsaleable stock
Classification and Compliance Support
Secure destruction must combine accurate waste classification with verifiable confidentiality. Branded goods that re-enter the market through improper disposal carry real commercial and reputational risk.
Our experienced team list and classify each waste stream accurately, determining correct hazard codes and disposal routes while protecting your brand and commercial interests.
We provide complete compliance support including:
Certificates of Destruction
Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes
EWC and HP code assignment
Secure chain of custody documentation
Collection and Transport
We arrange secure collection through our network of licensed, ADR-compliant hauliers operating under confidentiality agreements, with sealed vehicles and security-cleared drivers where required.
Collections are coordinated across England, Scotland, and Wales with full traceability to authorised personnel only.
Our collection capability ranges from single drum uplifts to full articulated loads. We handle individual 205-litre drums, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), and palletised waste, plus multi-pallet collections up to 24 pallets per load.
All collections operate under strict confidentiality protocols with documented chain of custody from uplift to final destruction. Regular scheduled collections support ongoing returns and write-offs, whilst ad-hoc uplifts accommodate product recalls, brand protection seizures, and one-off destruction requirements.
